Collect donations

Once you have set up a fundraising page you can collect donations online through your fundraising page or offline via receipt books.

Receipt books are a great way to personally collect donations and provide a tax deductible receipt on the spot. Keep your book with you at all times – that way you can accept donations wherever you are.

What forms of payment are accepted?

1. Credit Card:

   We accept online payments using the following credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. Credit card purchases will be displayed as ‘Everyday Hero’ on your credit card statement. We also accept PayPal. We use the latest industry encryption technology to protect your credit card details during an online transaction. Your credit card will be charged straight away when you donate.

2. Phone:

   If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please call 1300 798 768. Print off a copy of the ‘Pledged Donation Payment Form’ and be ready to quote the Reference Number.

3. Cash:

   Cash donations can be made at any Australia Post Office. Print off the ‘Pledged Donation Payment Form’ and take it with the money collected to your local post office.

4. BPAY:

   Use BPAY to make a donation directly from your cheque or savings account. You will be required to enter the Biller Code and BPAY reference number located on the ‘Pledged Donation Payment Form’

5. Cheque:

   The ‘Pledged Donation Payment Form’ can be sent with a cheque to the address listed on the form.

‘The Pledged Donation Payment Form’ can be found by clicking on the ‘my account’ tab located in the top right hand corner of your fundraising page. Click on ‘Download Pledge Form’ located under the Donors heading.

Any money you raise offline can be added to your online total via your account page by clicking on ‘Update Offline Total’.

All donations over $2 are tax deductible.

You can easily ask your friends and family overseas to donate as well.
