Splash for Cash is an annual swimathon that raises funds for the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC). RIDBC provides high quality, innovative services and education programs to children who have significant hearing and/or vision loss.
RIDBC relies heavily on fundraising and community support to be able to continue to make a difference in children's lives. In order to maintain its intensive educational and research programs, the organisation needs to raise approximately $2.5 million every month.
Since beginning in 1983 Splash for Cash has raised almost $800,000 for RIDBC and continues to attract significant positive media coverage each year.
Becoming a sponsor of Splash for Cash is a great opportunity for your organisation to contribute to an event that directly helps to improve the lives of children with a hearing and/or vision loss, both locally and nationally. Being a sponsor will increase positive awareness of your organisation within your community, and will allow RIDBC to continue to provide support to children and families all across Australia.
